We maintain the 3GEN Factory 10 year* warranty on all Dermlite Devices. We will happily service any DermLite device, purchased from us from another company.

All DermLite dermatoscopes come with an extended 10-year warranty from date of purchase. The warranty, for parts and labor will be honored based on the condition of proper use of the device and following the operating instructions. Please note that all parts and accessories have a 1-year warranty. However, warranty for 3rd party cameras is based on and covered by camera manufacturer only.
During the warranty period, defects in the device will be repaired free of charge as long as the malfunction is due to defective material, or workmanship. DermLite DL4 Ice Caps with any manufacturer defects will be replaced within 30 days of purchase. The warranty does not cover loss, damage due to wear and tear, negligent use, hard impacts, missing parts, water damage, 6v Lithium batteries past 6 months, Lithium rechargeable batteries beyond 1 year, scratched or chipped lens’, unauthorized repairs, improper cleaning, or incoming shipping damage.
Should Your Dermlite require repair, please contact us with an explanation of the problem. If this issue is valid as part of the 3Gen warranty, we will repair your device free of charge. Otherwise our service and technical team will work with you to easily and quickly repair your device.
