Letters to Your Unconscious

''Letters To Your Unconscious'' is a companion to the ''Adventures of Well Being'' CD. All the music and content is composed by Nick, the title track being inspired by Milton Erickson. The CD starts with ''Today'', a track designed to motivate suggesting that ''Today's the day to start to move in a new direction'' This is an unusual track in that it incorporates two quite different musical themes and directs the listener towards considering the opportunities that exist in each single moment when we better access useful internal resources.The second track is ''Balance'' which returns to the cosmological themes explored in Adventures of Well Being Now. This uses some absolutely sublime music found on the Deep Trance Music CD and many who have listened to this track have reported feeling deeply relaxed with an enhanced sense of well being.Alchemical Stories 3 is the third in the series of stories discussing altered state possibilities. As with the previous two stories this track incorporates the power of metaphors to take the listener on a journeyÂ…The final title track uses a double induction by Nick exploring the use of letters and words in unconscious work. This track also includes a mantra or collection of sounds as an interesting exercise for those interested in exploring some very cool state changes!
